1. What part of the research project did you find most interesting?

I think working in the lab was the most interesting for me, because we can share experience with our classmates and more freedom. I am not a student who don't like to follow the rules. I like flexible time.

2. What part of the research project did you find most challenging?

It was the first time to write a research paper, every part for me was very hard, but the most challenging part was the beginning, because I was very confuse about the research paper, after I finish my outline, I felt easier.

3. Why did you pick the topic?

I picked the topic because I am interested in scientific research, and I think this topic is much easier for me.

4. What did you learn about your topic during the research process?
I learnt how to research information from different articles such as websides, books, and newspapers. It will become good experience for my university life.

5. How do you think writing a paper is different in English from writing one in your first language?
Yes, for sure. I can write Chinese very quick and well. However, I can't write English like Chinese, becuase English and Chinese are totally different. For example, Chinese writing are much freedom, don't need to follow too many rules, but English writing can become very easy if you can find the rules and follow it.

6. Are you satisfied with the paper you have handed in?
Yes, I am satisfied with my paper. Of course, my paper is not perfect, but I have already tried my best to do it. I think, I can do better with this experience.

7. What would you do differently the next time you do research and write a paper?
Next time, I want to write more about emotional article, because I think it will be interesting and suprise.

8. How will you change the organization of the information in your paper for your oral presentation?
I will keep some information, but I will change a lot beacuse I need to do my prsentation with pictures and shot video. It will be much interesting for listener.

9. What is important to think about in preparing and delivering a successful oral presentation?
I believe that the most important part of a good persentation is practice more. Of course, good organization and nice pronounce are also very important.

10. Describe any experience you have had in giving an oral presentation.
Practice more, more eye contact, and don't read the notes. I think these 3 points are very important.

Is the difference between males and females communication patterns similar to the difference between people from different cultures? Why or why not?

Yes, I agree the difference between males and females communication patterns is similar to the difference between people form different cultures. Male and Female think and talk in different ways. They have different topics, like men like to talk about cars, jobs and sports, but women like to talk about relationships, love stories and expriences. Similarly, people come from different countries have different cultures. They also think in different ways, and interested in different topics. Therefore I think these two object are similar.

How are you doing with your novel?

Well, I read my novel ( life of pi) everyday. I enjoy this book. Espeacially, when Pi and tiger stay in the lifeboat. I really want to know the end, it attracts me want to finish it as soon as possible. Now I almost finish this novel, it makes me think a lot, about human, animal, and religion. Totally, it's a very good novel.

How do you feel about reading fiction?

Actually, compare to read fiction, I like watching better. However, I know reading is better than watching. At first, it's very confuse about the plot, beacuse it all talks about backgroud about main character, and i feel a little bit boring. After the plot develops, it becomes more and more interesting. Now, i really enjoy it, it's a good novel.

Evolution ------Darwin

I believe we evolve from apes, because some scientists have already proved that apes is the most similar species with human. There are too many the same characteristics. On the other hand, I have heard a story. Long long time ago, spes all lived on the tree, because food was not enough for them, therefore some of them tried to descover the land. This group of spes began to use 2 legs to walk, and learnt to make a tool to kill other animals for food, then they developed and developed , until now they evolve to human. Other spes who did not follow them become champs,monkey,etc. So I really believe this is ture.

SUPPORT THE CHILDREN'S

Here is a organization, they support the children's. This is an active from them. I could see them everyday during June 8th to 14th, no matter rain or strong wind. They are great people. I love them!
